What addresses do we deliver to?

We deliver to all addresses Australia-wide serviced by multiple couriers. We use Toll, Startrack, Couriers Please, Fastway and many more.

Do we deliver overseas?

We currently do not offer overseas delivery. Please contact our sales team if you would like to organise your own international delivery using our warehouse at the pickup location.

When will your order be dispatched?

Once your order has been placed through the website, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Our dispatch team will pick and pack your order as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

We ship all orders using the Australia Post network. Delivery times are typically 2-3 days to capital cities and 3-4 days to regional areas.

Do we offer express shipping?

Yes we offer Express shipping. 

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $1000. All orders below $1000 are charged at Australia Post rates. This amount will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Fragile Item & Shipping Disclaimer

At Mango Bath, we take great care in packing and preparing your order for delivery. However, certain products such as mirrors, glass-fronted cabinets, and other fragile bathroom items require special handling to ensure they arrive safely.

Delivery Options

• Standard Courier Delivery:
  This option is available Australia-wide. While our packaging meets industry standards, we cannot guarantee that fragile items will not be damaged in transit due to multiple handling points and third-party couriers.
  If you select this option, you accept the risk of damage during delivery, and Mango Bath will not be held responsible for any breakage or loss once the item has been dispatched.

• Pallet Freight Delivery (Recommended for Fragile Items):
  For added protection, we offer pallet delivery for fragile or oversized items. This method ensures safer handling and provides the highest level of protection against damage.
  Additional freight charges apply, which can be quoted prior to dispatch.

Insurance & Liability

Mango Bath is not liable for damage or loss that occurs once the item has been handed to the courier under the Standard Delivery option.
If the Pallet Delivery option is selected, Mango Bath will take full responsibility for ensuring your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Customer Agreement

By proceeding with your order and selecting a delivery option, you acknowledge that:

• You have been informed of the available delivery methods and associated risks.

• You accept responsibility for any damage that may occur in transit under the chosen delivery method.

• Mango Bath’s obligation ends once the item is handed over to the courier, unless pallet freight has been arranged.
